Low Carb Chocolate Cheesecake

This is the low carb cheesecake recipe you have been looking for. This is the recipe that will help you get your chocolate fix without the guilt. Through trial and error, you will learn how to make low carb chocolate cheesecake with this simple formula.

I was recently sent a sample of a low carb chocolate cheesecake that I must admit looks amazing. I was thinking of a healthy holiday dessert for my family, but then I thought that there has to be a low carb version. I searched on the internet and found that there are no low carb cheesecakes. After reading some comments on different websites I found that people do not like the taste of a low carb cheesecake. I then found that there is a version of the cheesecake that is low carb.

Cheesecake is a divine food that can be enjoyed guilt-free, for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert. It’s a treat that is best enjoyed hot, straight from the oven, and it’s definitely not a good idea to eat it straight from the fridge! So, what are the best ingredients to use when making a cheesecake? The answer is simple: fresh, natural ingredients.

Our favorite dessert dish, Chocolate Cheesecake with Low Carbs, is back for round two! We’ve designed the ideal low carb, keto-friendly dessert that doesn’t require baking for those of you who don’t like cashews (our first episode of these cheesecakes) or prefer chocolate.

The first cheesecake recipe, Cashew Cheesecake, was dedicated to my mother, so this one is dedicated to the second leading lady in my life, Miley, our cat! Because she can’t try the cheesecake and give a description of what it tastes like because she’s a cat, I’ll explain it as she would.

Miley’s Low-Carb Dessert of Choice

Miley would be this chocolate cheesecake if she were a dessert. She has two layers, one soft and sweet and the other firm and slightly bitter, just like this cheesecake. The 95 percent soft and sweet ratio of this cheesecake perfectly reflects Miley’s personality. On most days, you’ll adore her, but every once in a while, she’ll show you her “I’m tough and in charge” side.

Miley, like me, enjoys how simple these cheesecakes are to create, but especially how simple they are to consume! Like her mother, she has a daughter. With the extra benefit of not needing to bake them, anyone can consistently make them excellent. When compared to the cashew crust, this one has a firmer bite and a deeper taste. With the simple sweetness of the cheesecake filling, the cocoa powder really shines!

Based on the substitute sweetener we used, this dish would be classified as a sugar-free dessert, and we used Miley’s favorite – erythritol, which has a glycemic index of 1! Swerve confectioner sugar blends smoothly and is undetectable! All of the cheesecakes we produced for you will keep for up to ten days in the fridge, and if you’re making them for a party, start making them the night before so they can set!
